These one-of-a-kind units offer more of a camping experience. Our Aframes are custom built with one side swinging open to the outdoors (it double functions as an awning). The Aframes are perched on decks overlooking the valley and are located right off of the hiking trail. Outfitted with trundle beds (2 stacked twin beds can be pushed together to create a double bed if you want to sleep with the window wall open), our Aframes will accommodate 2 people. Relax by the firepit or in the Aframe camp's Forest Bath, (a cedar hot tub) exclusive for Aframe guests. Guests also have access to the public hot tub in the center of Loblolly Pines Adventure Camp.
Traveling alone or with your doggo? Our Adventure Aframes are perfect for guests traveling by themselves. Secluded enough to enjoy your own space but close enough to others to feel secure. Trundled twin beds stack so you have more space to yourself. Ask us about a pet bed to use during your stay.
Traveling with friends or family? Our Aframes are located in a pod. Spaced with a comfortable distance between them, each Aframe has 2 twin (trundle) beds, firepit access, 2 chairs, and air conditioning.
How does it work? After your reservation, you will receive confirmation and details for your arrival. Park in the space provided in the parking lot. We offer contactless check-in so you can make your way to the Aframe and use the unique door code sent to you on arrival day. Your Aframe is a short 0.2 mile hike from your car. There is no refrigeration so you may want to bring a cooler.

More Details ...
Aframes come ready with all linens and Rumpl blankets packed and placed in your Aframe for your use during your stay. For colder nights, an electric blanket is available. Pour-over camp coffee is also provided. Guests have access to a shared camp Bathouse which houses a sink, shower, and toilet. Charcoal grills are also available for use upon request. Reservations and an additional fee are required for use of the outdoor kitchen.
All Adventure Aframes are located some distance from parking and require traversing uneven gravel trails. Backpacks are recommended for transporting personal items. The transporting of your personal items to your accommodations is required and Leave No Trace is practiced.
